PILATES: £7 PAYG or 6 class loyalty card - £36.00 (Please note if new to class first 5 classes must be booked at £25)
CORE & BODY TONE: £2 per class PAYG
ZUMBA: £4 per class PAYG - Pay for 10 class card £40 - get 1 free
SPIRALS: £4 per class PAYG - zumba class card can be applied to Spirals

Creche Information
- Creche is operated by Vicky Dempsey who is fully qualified and experienced in childcare also holding valid certificates in Children's First Aid and Risk Assessment.

- Creche costs: £1 per child - 2 hours £2 per child
- Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to class to sign in and settle your child
- To book your place please text Vicky on 07901 666193 before 7pm on day prior to class
- If you are unable to attend we would appreciate prompt cancellation to allow notice to anyone on waiting list
