Spirals.
Spirals has been devised by Michael King, and is a class which brings together elements of Yoga, Pilates, Fitness and Dance designed to improve flexibility, balance and core stability.
The ethos is a class that centres around a mind/body workout with choreography suitable for all levels. Movement within the class focuses on dynamic stretching and stability challenges. Featuring flowing and graceful sequences, specific areas of the body are targeted to help create a balanced total body workout. For a snapshot of class content please see the link below.
